 I apologize for not turning this in I did not see it :(      Emotion and movement- From the first monologue of the play there is so much movement and it is where it may look like random dance moves, these movements show the emotions of the characters. Initially seeing this, I was curious as to why there were so many people on the stage during a monologue and why they were moving around like they were dodging the light, but it turned out they were just the remaining cast members carrying out movements for the character in the spotlight. I also noticed how with specific movements in Rosie's monologue, when she talked about her family there were multiple people hugging her and the movements were able to tell me the relationship between each person, as it showed emotion and was able to tell a story. TEAM Analysis of "Things I Know to be True"

 Tension- In this amazing piece of art, tension is felt and seen in almost every scene of the play. Rosie's sudden return was unexpected and because of that, her family had mixed feelings as to what exactly was wrong. Fran (her mother) has a very strong and no-nonsense personality, she deals with issues in ways that she believes would help her children but does not care about hurting them in the process, She is very sharply mouthed, and as we see her children all go through their respective life scenarios, her personality brings out the tension as sometimes her children tend to also be sharply mouthed like Pip. As they have grown older, Fran and her husband Bob realize that their kids might not be as easy to control as before. They were starting to do things that were not ordinary but masked their issues and problems so everything seemed fine. At the time they were students at Swansea University, studying English Literature and Geography. Frantic Assembly creates thrilling, energetic, and unforgettable theatre. The company attracts new and young audiences with work that reflects contemporary culture. The Presumption of weight: The theme of movement and weightlessness is played with in this video, clips are shown of an actor moving naturally and being picked up during her desired movement. Supposing the actor is thinking about flying, other stage actors on stage would come in and lift her off the ground in the smoothest and most natural way possible.
